Gennady Kurdyumov

Gennady Kurdyumov is the Co-founder and Senior Partner of FUTURA Digital, responsible for firm-wide management, strategic development, and the launch of new practice lines. He brings extensive experience in corporate structuring, cross-border M&A, intellectual property, and private wealth management, having led over 400 projects in 100+ jurisdictions including Hong Kong, the UAE, the United States, and the EU. His practice focuses on strategic business planning, market entry into new international regions, and the development and expansion of the firm's global partnership network. Gennady has deep experience representing commercial entities in the design and execution of complex procedural strategies, and advises digital business founders and investors on governance, asset structuring, and cross-border transactions.

Alexandra Kurdyumova

Alexandra Kurdyumova is the Co-founder and Senior Partner of FUTURA Digital, and a recognised authority in IT law, intellectual property, fintech, and crypto regulation with over 14 years of international practice. She leads a cross-border legal team and has personally overseen more than 400 projects in 100+ countries, including the UAE, Hong Kong, the United States, and EU member states. Her core practice covers the design and implementation of IP protection strategies for digital products — trademarks, software, and technology assets — as well as the structuring of international businesses and legal support for crypto and fintech projects operating in regulated jurisdictions. She advises leading banks, fintech groups, and digital companies on digital asset frameworks, crypto regulation, and cross-border legal risk management. Alexandra also contributes to legislative development in CIS countries and mentors entrepreneurs through the Ernst & Young Business School. Prior to co-founding FUTURA, Alexandra held a senior advisory role at Ernst & Young, where she developed deep expertise in legal risk management, business process automation, and financial planning for technology companies.
