Gennady Kurdyumov is the Co-founder and Senior Partner of FUTURA Digital, responsible for firm-wide management, strategic development, and the launch of new practice lines. He brings extensive experience in corporate structuring, cross-border M&A, intellectual property, and private wealth management, having led over 400 projects in 100+ jurisdictions including Hong Kong, the UAE, the United States, and the EU.

His practice focuses on strategic business planning, market entry into new international regions, and the development and expansion of the firm's global partnership network. Gennady has deep experience representing commercial entities in the design and execution of complex procedural strategies, and advises digital business founders and investors on governance, asset structuring, and cross-border transactions.
