Logyne is an associate specializing in cross-border commercial and corporate transactions. Logyne supports clients with commercial transactions and collaborating with local counsels across the US, BVI, Cayman Islands, Egypt, UAE, and other jurisdictions. Logyne is a member of the Egyptian Bar Association. Logyne graduated with an LLB from the German University in Cairo in 2022 and immediately commenced her legal career at a leading law firm in Egypt, where she worked as a legal associate for 3 years. During her previous experience, Logyne was able to offer insightful advice to clients on various types of corporate legal issues, commercial, contracting, licensing, and service agreements as well as other commercial transactions.

Mohammad Atwan is a Senior Associate in the corporate and commercial practice, with notable expertise in Jordanian corporate law. He advises on corporate structuring, capital restructuring, incorporations, and liquidations. He is actively involved in investment transactions, handling deal structuring, drafting corporate documentation, and managing regulatory processes before the Companies Control Department. His work focuses on aligning transaction structures with clients’ objectives while ensuring compliance with the applicable legal framework in Jordan. He also leads on the preparation and finalisation of transaction documents and oversees all regulatory filings and approvals.

She advises on corporate, investment, and commercial matters, and is actively involved in mergers and acquisitions, as well as general corporate advisory. Her experience also covers fintech, media, licensing, and commercial contracts, advising a diverse range of local and international clients. Daliah holds an LLM in International Commercial Law with International Dispute Resolution from the University of Reading (UK).
