Logyne is an associate specializing in cross-border commercial and corporate transactions. Logyne supports clients with commercial transactions and collaborating with local counsels across the US, BVI, Cayman Islands, Egypt, UAE, and other jurisdictions. Logyne is a member of the Egyptian Bar Association.
Logyne graduated with an LLB from the German University in Cairo in 2022 and immediately commenced her legal career at a leading law firm in Egypt, where she worked as a legal associate for 3 years.
During her previous experience, Logyne was able to offer insightful advice to clients on various types of corporate legal issues, commercial, contracting, licensing, and service agreements as well as other commercial transactions.
