Founding Partner

Camille Billard, founding partner of CSB Avocats, heads the firm's employment practice.

She advises and represents French and international companies across the full spectrum of employment law, in both advisory and contentious matters: individual and collective labour relations, strategic restructuring and reorganisation, executive compensation structuring, complex employment contracts, disciplinary proceedings, staff representative elections, the negotiation and conclusion of collective bargaining agreements, social audits, the employment aspects of corporate transactions, and collective redundancy plans and job protection schemes (PSE). She acts for companies before the Conseil de prud'hommes and the Courts of Appeal in disputes with trade unions, employee representatives and individual employees.

Camille also advises and represents senior executives and corporate officers, from the structuring of their exit packages through to the negotiation of their departures and, where necessary, litigation before the employment courts.
