CSB Avocats is a Paris boutique dedicated exclusively to French employment law, in both advisory and contentious matters. The firm advises and represents French and international companies as well as senior executives and corporate officers, with a distinctive focus on the negotiation of executive and corporate-officer departures.

The firm brings together three complementary profiles. Camille Billard, a member of the Paris Bar since 2014, began her career with leading international business law firms . She sets the strategy on each matter, leads negotiations and, where necessary, represents clients before the Conseil de prud'hommes and the Courts of Appeal. Florence Bernier-Debbabi, a senior employment law specialist with twenty years of experience, contributes the technical rigour of legal and case-law research, particularly valuable in litigation and multi-agreement environments; she is the author of "Le Petit Paie" and "Le Petit RH" (Dunod), a regular contributor to the "Cahiers des DRH" (Lamy Liaisons, Karnov group), and designs and delivers training for HR and finance departments and management teams. Lévana Chemla, associate, supports the production of matters and develops her expertise alongside the team.

On advisory matters, the firm handles the full spectrum of employment law: individual and collective labour relations, strategic restructuring and reorganisation, executive compensation structuring, complex employment contracts, disciplinary proceedings, staff representative elections, the negotiation and conclusion of collective bargaining agreements, social audits, the employment aspects of corporate transactions, and collective redundancy plans and job protection schemes (PSE).
