Soňa Hanková is a partner in G. Lehnert law firm. She is experienced transaction lawyer with over 23 years of practice in handling multijurisdictional transactions as well as local operational matters. She specializes in M&A deals, real estate and compliance.

Soňa has the ability to successfully combine requirements demanded by foreign investors with the needs of Slovak businesses looking for investment. Her quick analytical mind will change your perception of the traditional lawyer and the topics they bring into discussion.

She is particularly experienced at advising clients from various real estate sectors, including warehouse and distribution facilities, offices, hotels, and residential development. She handles almost all aspects of real estate deals. She has advised on acquisitions of real estate portfolios as well as on financing, development, construction law, FIDIC contracts, asset management and leasing.

She is skilled in structuring and negotiating corporate transformations and providing post-transaction assistance with workforce restructurings, regulatory matters and compliance programs. Soňa lead several cases of internal investigation. She is successful in negotiating out-of-court settlements, which she considers the preferred method of resolving incidents.
