Soňa Hanková

Soňa Hanková is a partner in G. Lehnert law firm. She is experienced transaction lawyer with over 23 years of practice in handling multijurisdictional transactions as well as local operational matters. She specializes in M&A deals, real estate and compliance. Soňa has the ability to successfully combine requirements demanded by foreign investors with the needs of Slovak businesses looking for investment. Her quick analytical mind will change your perception of the traditional lawyer and the topics they bring into discussion. She is particularly experienced at advising clients from various real estate sectors, including warehouse and distribution facilities, offices, hotels, and residential development. She handles almost all aspects of real estate deals. She has advised on acquisitions of real estate portfolios as well as on financing, development, construction law, FIDIC contracts, asset management and leasing. She is skilled in structuring and negotiating corporate transformations and providing post-transaction assistance with workforce restructurings, regulatory matters and compliance programs. Soňa lead several cases of internal investigation. She is successful in negotiating out-of-court settlements, which she considers the preferred method of resolving incidents. Vladimír Jakubička

Mgr. Jakubička is valued by clients for his big picture thinking while having an eye for detail when handling their matters. He oversees the Arbitration and Litigation, IT/IP and Competition teams. As a strategic thinker, he can appreciate the position of the opposing party. Implementing potential counter-arguments into a solution to address clients’ needs enables him to see other, less traditional solutions to disputes, both current and future.

Tomáš Luščoň

Mgr. Luščoň advises on a wide array of legal areas and draws on a lot of experience from working as an assistant to an MP, a lawyer for Association Promoting Local Democracy, and as an attorney. Luščoň oversees our real estate team and specialises in transactions and project management in several market areas, labour, tax, transport, and litigation or potential litigation clients may face.

Igor Schweizer

Lucie Schweizer

JUDr. Schweizer is a legal practitioner with many years of experience and extensive knowledge of project implementation and transactional work. In addition to practising law, at G. Lehnert she is responsible for the project and product design with high added value. She is also an experienced lecturer and authored many legal research papers and publications. She has a penchant for Compliance a Corporate Governance (as one of four Compliance practitioners on the list of 100 most notable lawyers of former Czechoslovakia) and is equally skilled to advise on other types of transactional businesses. JUDr. Schweizer is an excellent brainstormer, offering new perspectives and views to find the best client-oriented solutions. Norbert Smaho

Mgr. Smaho started his career in law with G. Lehnert. He joined our ranks in 1998 and become a partner in 2021. He is the head of the corporate team and specialises in the law of corporations, securities, M&A, and other types of corporate action. His clients value him for his detail-oriented and strategic thinking and they know they can trust him to handle their corporate matters and transactions efficiently and reliably.

Jana Tögelová
