Louise Purcell

Louise has considerable experience of employment litigation, representing employers for many years at Tribunal across London and the southeast. Additionally she has more recently worked with various businesses on the non contentious side of employment law providing pragmatic advice on day-to-day employment and HR issues, as well as strategic advice for example in relation to TUPE, restrictive covenants and redundancies.She also advises employee clients and understands the stress which accompanies disputes at work.  Her approach is to provide supportive but straight forward and cost-effective advice to individuals.  Louise assists employees with matters including exit negotiations, grievances, and litigation.Louise is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.  She has appeared on local television and radio to discuss employment issues.

Tessa Robinson

Tessa has a wealth of experience in both employment and business immigration law. She advises organisations of all sizes across all sectors, specialising in companies with a global workforce. As well as advising on all aspects of employment law, she also regularly advises organisations on sponsor licence applications and business-related visas (with a 100% success rate!). With workforces being located more remotely and globally than ever before, this dual expertise places her in the unusual position of being able to provide both areas of advice to companies. She prides herself on her down-to-earth approach to employment issues, and has a particular interest in guiding organisations through what can sometimes seem like complex and onerous obligations in relation to redundancy and TUPE. She also regularly provides advice to individuals on complex disputes and exits. She regularly provides training to her clients and has been credited with “somehow making GDPR fun and interesting”.

Daniel Wise is the Founder of Osborne & Wise.Daniel's client base comprises medium to large companies in a variety of different market sectors and he advises across  a range of different employment law issues.  He also acts as a trusted advisor to a number of senior executives and entrepreneurs. Daniel aims to simplify complex problems and guide clients through what are often stressful processes.  Daniel also has a focus on corporate training with the aim of increasing corporate awareness of employment law issues and reducing the risk of future liability.
