Milan, 27 May 2025 - LawaL Legal & Tax Advisory Partners Paolo Comuzzi and Antonio Micalizzi have been appointed members of the Board of Auditors of the MultiMedica Onlus Foundation, together with President Piero Alberto Busnach. The appointment takes place as part of the path undertaken by the Foundation to assume the status of Third Sector Entity, pursuant to Legislative Decree 117/2017 ("Code of the Third Sector"), and with a view to registration in the Single National Register of the Third Sector (RUNTS). Milan, 5th May, 2025 - Enrico Fossa, Partner of Paroli Fossa and Associates Studio Legale e Tributario, has been appointed Chairman of the Board of Statutory Auditors of Società Sanlorenzo SpA, a “boutique” boating company that has been designing and building custom yachts since 1958. During the Sanlorenzo shareholders' meeting, the lists submitted by Amundi Asset Management SGR, Arca Fondi SGR, AXA Investment Managers Paris, Eurizon Capital SA, Eurizon Capital SGR, Fideuram Asset Management (Ireland), Fideuram Intesa Sanpaolo Private Banking Asset Management SGR, Kairos Partners SGR, Mediolanum Gestione Fondi SGR, and Mediolanum International Funds Limited received approximately 5,143,344 votes for the Board of Directors—over 10% of the votes cast at the meeting, representing about 9% of total voting rights—and approximately 5,278,725 votes for the Board of Statutory Auditors—about 11% of the votes cast, representing over 9% of total voting rights. As a result, Marco Francesco Mazzù was elected to the Board of Directors, while Enrico Fossa was appointed Chairman of the Board of Statutory Auditors, and Maria Cristina Ramenzoni was appointed Alternate Auditor.
