Bushra Alajarma is a dedicated legal professional with solid experience across litigation, legal consultancy, and international program support. With a Bachelor’s degree in Law from the University of Jordan and an LLM in General Law from the University of South Wales, she brings a strong academic foundation to her work in both private-sector practice and institutional legal environments.

Bushra’s career reflects a balanced blend of courtroom exposure, legal advisory work, and programmatic support for democratic governance initiatives. She has worked with several leading Jordanian law firms—most notably Hadidi & Co. and Osama Sukkari Attorneys—where she handled a range of legal matters involving corporate, civil, and commercial disputes. Her work has included drafting legal submissions, managing case files, supporting client engagements, and contributing to complex litigation strategies.

In addition to her private practice experience, Bushra served as a Program Assistant at the National Democratic Institute (NDI), where she gained practical insight into governance programs, stakeholder coordination, and international development frameworks. This role strengthened her ability to operate within multidisciplinary teams and support institutional processes requiring precision, confidentiality, and organizational discipline.

Bushra has also served as a Legal Consultant for Central Trade & Auto Co., advising on regulatory compliance, contract reviews, and internal legal processes. Her combined exposure to corporate environments and litigation practice enables her to navigate diverse legal challenges with confidence and adaptability.
