Hector is an associate of ALTA Guatemala and specializes in regulatory issues related to energy and infrastructure projects, as well as environmental consulting. His practice focuses on advising national and foreign companies on the development of energy and infrastructure projects.

An essential part of his practice also focuses on regulatory and environmental issues. He has extensive experience in the permit approval process and processes with government entities, as well as providing advice on the acquisition and construction of energy and infrastructure projects.

Hector actively participates in environmental forums, both national institutions (AGEXPORT) and INDES (Inter-American Institute for Economic and Social Development).
