Diversity

We at KIAA LLP stand true to our name (Knowledge Information Access Associates Limited Liability Partnership)- we excel in legal knowledge and make the best use of it in servicing our clients. Back in 2012 when we started, we wanted to spread legal Information and equip society with basic legal and we wanted legal accessibility to be the essence of KIAA LLP. That is to say, legal help of any kind anywhere.

Today, we boast of a well-spread network of legal experts based in almost all the districts of the country, having handled cases pertaining to various fields of law such as family laws, banking & finance laws, aviation laws, environmental laws, start-up assistance, and white-collar crimes in addition to our arbitration, corporate, civil and criminal law services to name a few. What has kept us going is our essence to make law and justice accessible to everyone and that is why we are devoted to only serving the best advice to our clients. We believe that no size fits all and the definition of justice is different for different people. Therefore, before advising them with standard resolutions available we integrate with clients at a very nascent stage, study their interests, backgrounds, abilities, and disabilities and then develop strategies best suited to their case.

In almost a decade of our existence, we’ve worked with Government organizations, NGOs, and Private Companies and have represented their interests in many high-stake clients.

In today’s world, we know that accessibility to the law in most cases has so much to do with accessibility to money and as an effort to fill that lacuna in our system, we also have a pro-bono litigation team at KIAA LLP for the underprivileged. It is comprised of some of the best legal minds we have and is headed by our Founder & Senior Partners as we believe that justice doesn’t and shouldn’t come with a price tag.

Some of our pro-bono clients include- Malala Fund, Sustainable Agriculture Network, Trust Law—Thomson Reuters Foundation, Asia’s Hope, and Step Ahead- Thailand.

In pursuit of making law and justice accessible to all, we also started an initiative called C@LL (Care @ Legal) during the early difficult stages of the Covid-19 pandemic. Its main aim is to help the masses who had zero or very less access to legal aid by providing free legal aid through its network of lawyers across the country.

Therefore, we are steadfast in our motto of making the law accessible to all, and by that, we mean any branch and field of law. If you’re stuck in a legal problem, we will come to your rescue.

This is KIAA LLP, always at your Access.
