Rishabh Jogani is currently a Partner at MRP Advisory, a leading law firm specializing in construction arbitration and dispute resolution in the MENA region and the Indian subcontinent. With over a decade of professional experience, he has built a strong practice in international and domestic arbitration, litigation, and various forms of dispute resolution. His areas of specialization include construction disputes, shareholder conflicts, Dispute Adjudication Boards, amicable settlements, contractual issues, and litigation before both DIFC and Indian courts. Additionally, he is proficient in contract drafting, negotiations, risk management, and facilitating third-party funding.

Before joining MRP Advisory, Rishabh worked with some of India's most respected legal institutions. He served at Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co. and DSK Legal in Mumbai, and began his legal career in the chambers of Mr. Pradeep Sancheti, Senior Advocate at the Bombay High Court. His litigation and arbitration experience spans multiple jurisdictions and forums including ICC, DIAC, LCIA, and SIAC.

Rishabh is an active member of the legal community and is affiliated with the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb). He is admitted to practice law in India and holds several academic and professional qualifications. He earned an LL.M. in Comparative and International Dispute Resolution from Queen Mary University of London and a Master's degree in Intellectual Property Law from IGNOU, New Delhi. He also holds a Bachelor of Law and Bachelor of Legal Science from Government Law College, University of Mumbai. His academic background is further enhanced by diplomas in Intellectual Property Law, Cyber Law, and certifications from WIPO Worldwide Academy, ASCL Law School, and summer programs at LSE and UC Berkeley.

Rishabh has been recognized in the legal industry for his contributions and expertise. He has been named a "Recommended Lawyer" by Legal 500 EMEA  and identified as an "Arbitration Future Leader" by Lexology Index.
