Legal Associate

Ms. Fatemeh Mohammadi is a Legal associate with a strong academic background and a focused practice in intellectual property, technology law, and complex commercial agreements. During her tenure at DadFlamingo, she played an integral role in a range of intellectual property matters, including strategic and governance planning as well as the drafting and negotiation of IP contracts. She further supported legal counsel to international arbitration and litigation proceedings. Through these engagements, she developed a strong and versatile foundation across the firm’s principal practice areas. She earned her LLB from the University of Tehran, where she was selected for the university’s Talented Students Program. She is currently pursuing an LLM in Intellectual Property Law at the University of Tehran. Notable highlights include:·  She successfully passed the Iranian Bar Examination with an excellent rank, reflecting a strong command of core legal disciplines and a solid foundation across major areas of law.

·  Ms. Mohammadi has demonstrated strong advocacy and research capabilities through moot court competitions. She served as both an oralist and researcher for the University of Tehran team at the WIPO Inaugural Intellectual Property Moot Court Competition, where the team achieved third place worldwide.

·  She ranked among the top ten candidates nationwide in Iran’s highly competitive national university entrance examination, demonstrating her competitiveness and commitment to the highest academic standards.

·  Fluent in Farsi, English, and Arabic, she combines rigorous legal analysis with a practical approach to complex legal and commercial matters.
