About
LEX FLAMINGO is a leading global firm delivering integrated legal, financial, and valuation services. We provide solutions for complex corporate challenges, from high-stakes cross-border transactions to intricate commercial disputes and litigation support, combining legal expertise with strategic business advisory and certified valuation capability under one firm. Our rebranding from “DadFlamingo” to LEX FLAMINGO reflects the firm’s continued evolution and global outlook.
.
This evolution is grounded in a sector expertise that spans Energy, Petrochemicals, Electronics, Finance and Banking, Infrastructure, Regulatory and Sanctions Compliance, Technology-Driven Services (IoT, Blockchain, Fintech), Crypto-Currency and Cyber Crimes, FMCG, Corporate, Dispute Resolution, and Intellectual Property. Our M&A practice advises on complex Share Purchase Agreements, high-value Corporate Guarantees, Joint Ventures, and strategic investments, including a central role in the Billion-Dollar acquisition of one of Iran’s largest petrochemical plants, spanning Turkey and Iran.
.
Building on this transactional strength, we maintain substantive engagement in some of the most expansive solar energy undertakings across numerous sites in Iran, having advised on projects totaling approximately 3,000 megawatts of installed capacity and USD 1.6 Billion in transaction value. This work reflects a specialized structure of considerable depth, built to advise on some of the most substantial renewable energy mandates in Iran’s recent history.
.
Our arbitration practice has grown in parallel, marked by our nomination by leading research, innovation, and commercial institutions as a reference authority for Alternative Dispute Resolution, our hosting of a Willem C. Vis Pre-Moot for the 33rd Vis Moot 2026, and our sponsorship of the upcoming Istanbul Arbitration Days 2026. We currently maintain ongoing arbitration proceedings before the Shanghai International Arbitration Center (SHIAC) and the Arbitration Center of Iran Chamber (ACIC), aggregating to Euro 30 Million in disputed value. This growing profile is further reinforced through active engagement across numerous chambers of commerce, including the Iran-Austria, Iran-Germany, and Tehran Chambers of Commerce, as well as ICC Iran.
.
This breadth of practice is best reflected in the calibre of clients we serve. Internationally, we advise Bunge, Siemens, Deloitte, Sennheiser, Dubai Chamber of Commerce, CNBM, and China Energy Group, among other leading multinational players. Domestically, our clients include Bank Melli, Tourism Bank, Bank Tejarat, Mobarakeh Steel Company, Cafe Bazaar, Snapp Market, Jiring, and AsiaTech, spanning banking, heavy industry, and technology sectors central to Iran’s economy.
.
Serving a client base of this scale has required matching investment in our own capacity. Over the past year, LEX FLAMINGO has expanded its core legal team, alongside its Financial and Valuation departments, increasing the firm’s capacity to serve a growing and increasingly high-calibre client base. This growth was reinforced by our Senior Due Diligence and Valuation Manager’s attainment of CFA Level 1 certification, in line with the firm’s goal of deepening its valuation capabilities. This period of growth is also reflected physically, as we strengthen our presence in the Istanbul and Dubai markets alongside our established Tehran offices.
.
Alongside this operational growth, we have continued to invest in knowledge-sharing and institutional engagement. We published two articles on Lexology addressing Labor and Employment and Renewable Energy Law, and extended our institutional reach through an invitation from Shahid Beheshti University’s Faculty of Law to teach on Solar Plant EPC Contracts, M&A, and Due Diligence, alongside pro bono mandates for Iran’s National Innovation Fund and the Vice-Presidency for Science and Technology.
.
This same forward orientation defines our commitment to legal technology, most notably through Emzano, our Contract Lifecycle Management platform, now adopted by Iran’s top 100 brands. This year we launched Emzano Pro, built for large enterprises and already adopted by 50 organizations among Iran’s top 200 companies, extending our capacity to serve institutional clients with more complex contracting needs.
.
Underpinning all of this is a firm culture built around commitment and inclusion. All partners and associates work full-time and exclusively for the firm, ensuring consistent focus across matters. Our paid internship program prioritizes mentorship over administrative utility, and this year women constituted the majority of new hires, consistent with leadership pathways designed to bring more women into partnership and board roles.
