Junior Associate

Nikolin Muçaj holds a Master of Science in Law from the University of Tirana and a Master in Law – EU Business Law, completed with excellent academic results. He has participated in the 32nd Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot. He is also a licensed attorney with the Albanian National Chamber of Advocacy.

Nikolin served as an Outside Legal Expert at the Albanian Helsinki Committee (2023–2024), where he took part in monitoring missions related to the vetting process, the protection of citizens’ rights and freedoms, property rights issues, and the observation of the 2023 local elections. In addition, he monitored judicial proceedings before the Special Court Against Corruption and Organized Crime, focusing on corruption.

Nikolin is currently an Associate at Halimi Ahmetaj Law and Tax, where he advises, litigates, and provides legal support across a wide range of areas, including banking and finance, telecommunications, hydrocarbons, energy, and infrastructure law. He initially joined the firm as an intern, completed a six-month traineeship, and became a full-time Associate in January 2023.

He speaks English and Italian at full professional proficiency.
