Within GSJ, she works as an expert in spatial planning, with particular focus on permits, permit procedures and zoning offences. In the course of her career, she has assisted not only public administrations but also professional and private applicants with the drafting of their application files, the wording of urban development regulations, etc.In addition, Nele has a wealth of experience in the follow-up of appeal procedures before the Deputation and before the Council for Permit Disputes. Never one to be outdone, Nele recently upgraded her skills and acquired specialised know-how in the new Complex Project procedure. She regularly publishes articles on various aspects of her specialisations and organises seminars on all these aspects, both for beginners and for professionals.

Christophe Lenders

Christophe has acquired specialised knowledge and has a wide experience of real estate projects, including construction law in the broadest sense of the term, public procurement law and property law transactions. In addition, he is trained to offer expert advice on the architecture of legal constructs, assignment and contract management as well as on incidents that can occur in the course of the performance of contracts.Needless to say, the real estate market is also characterised by its dependence on public procurement law and, more generally, a need for assistance in this regard. Christophe has the required knowledge and experience to assist the different market players in various other sectors, especially the medical sector.GSJ advocaten has not limited itself to one or two market players. Indeed, we also work with service providers, contractors, suppliers and miscellaneous clients.Christophe and the entire team offer their advice and support to the NAV (the Flemish Architects' Association) and to the ORI (the organisation responsible for consultancy and engineering firms in Belgium). Yves Loix

Yves Loix (born on 18 April 1971) has been a lawyer for 30 years. During that time he has specialised in assisting private and public clients with the implementation and commercialisation of real estate projects, some large, some small, and with private initiatives (for example, urban development projects, land allotment operations, care centres, residential properties, retail outlets, SME business parks, companies, etc.). Inevitably, given the nature of such projects his scope of action extends throughout Flanders and Brussels.Since September 2025, Mr. Yves Loix has held the position of Managing Partner at GSJ.
