As a transactional lawyer, I have advised on several high value transactions such as Green Bonds, Commercial Paper Programmes, Acquisitions, Venture
Finance, Tax Planning/Shelter and Transfer Pricing. In 2023, he collaborated  in advising on the bespoke Non-Interest Commercial Paper Programme in Nigeria listed on the FMDQ Exchange.

He has advised on several energy and power related matters such as financing, joint venture investment and project management in respect of Marginal Field Development (Nkuku Marginal Field). In 2024, he advised and represented a leading power and energy solution company on its investment and financing of the Performance-based Grant (PBG) sub-component of the Nigeria Electrification Project for the development of Solar Hybrid Mini-Grids.

He is currently concluding registration with the Securities and Exchange
Commission (SEC) as a Sponsored Individual (Compliance Officer) after
success at the Nigerian Capital Market Institute (NCMI) and holds a
Certification of Participation at the pre-registration training as a Capital Market Solicitor in the Nigerian Capital Market.
