Position
Marcin Świdnicki is a legal advisor and founding partner of DPPA.
He specializes in real estate law, litigation, and administrative proceedings. He advises on various types of real estate transactions (offices, warehouses, shopping centers, hotels,residential projects) and lease agreements, representing both landlords and tenants.
He has gained almost 25 years of experience working with law firms such as Haarmann Hemmerlath, Clifford Chance, and Salans, as well as serving as in-house counsel at Metro Group Asset Management.

He graduated in law from the University of Warsaw and completed the German Law School at the University of Warsaw incooperation with the University of Bonn.
