Dominika Dziubek

Fifth-year law student at Cardinal Stefan Wyszynski University in Warsaw and participant in the Master’s seminar in administrative proceedings. She joined the DPPA team in June 2024. Dominika has practical experience in dealing with cooperative law entities. In her work, she is focused on gaining valuable experience and expanding her knowledge in the broader real estate law sector. She accomplishes this by assisting in investment processes, mainly through support in legal research of real estate (due diligence). In the Law Firm, she also supports lawyers in their day-to-day tasks, including the preparation of legal research, analysis of case law and legal literature. She is also responsible for liaising with courts and administrative authorities.

Wojciech Grochola

Wojtek gained his real estate experience at Dentons, where he worked on leading commercial real estate transactions and provided services to PRS clients. He joined the DPPA team in 2024. Wojtek is hard-working and self-motivated, attaches great importance to his tasks and finds professional challenges very rewarding. He explored his knowledge of real estate through postgraduate studies in the investment process, and his passion for all things French is combined with law – he completed a course in French law organised by the University of Orléans, where he studied for a semester.

Piotr Grzonek is an advocate and founding partner of DPPA. For over 20 years, he has specialized in real estate, construction, and civil law. He advises on transactions, leasing, portfolio management, litigation, restructurings, and hotel projects (including franchise and management agreements). He gained experience at renowned law firms such as CMS, Clifford Chance, and Salans, and as a partner at DPPA.

Laura started her professional career while still a law student, participating in numerous internships. She gained her first experience in real estate law working in the legal department of a leading developer (Ghelamco). She then developed her skills in the real estate and construction department of the international law firm A&O Shearman (formerly: Allen & Overy). Despite her young age, Laura demonstrates exceptional skill in both dynamic transactional processes and the day-to-day legal aspects of property management, and her ambition and determination translate into high quality service. Laura is constantly expanding her knowledge not only in the legal field, but also in the business field. After obtaining her law degree, she continued her education with a postgraduate degree in commercial real estate, where she discovered her passion for property valuation. She also intensively explores the subject of the European Green Taxonomy, seeing it as a new ESG challenge for the real estate market.

Anna Kopytowska

Anna Kopytowska, Attorney-at-law,with many years of professional experience in real estate legal advice, which she initially gathered in the Warsaw office of Dentons and,starting in 2017, at DPPA. She specialises in real estate, construction and commercial law. She has participated in the preparation of real estate transactions (asset deal,share deal, JV) involving office buildings, logistics parks or hotel properties. Anna provides ongoing legal services for office buildings owned by investment funds.

Karolina Mizeracka

Karolina Mizeracka joined the DPPA team in 2022 and currently holds the position of an associate. She gained her professional experience in Wroclaw and Warsaw law firms, where she provided legal services to business entities in the area of real estate law and handled civil law cases. She uses her skills in providing ongoing services to clients in the implementation of real estate projects, in particular she prepares and negotiates leases of commercial and warehouse space and represents clients in court proceedings. Karolina is known for her thoroughness, comprehensive analysis of the tasks entrusted to her and openness to professional challenges.

Bartosz Olszewski

Bartosz Olszewski is a legal advisorand senior associate at DPPA, where he has been working since 2015. He has many years of experience working on leases in class A and A+office buildings and warehouses, on both landlord and tenant sides. Bartosz also specialises in the property development industry, using his expertise to guide investors during the real estate investment process, with a particular focus on construction and design contracts.

Łukasz Sęk is an Attorney-at-law and, since 2015, a senior associate at DPPA Legal. He gained more than 17 years of experience in the real estate sector working, among others, with Miller, Canfield, W. Babicki, A. Chełchowski i Wspólnicy sp. k. law firm. His main areas of specialisation include advising on the operation and management of real estate, in particular advising on office and warehouse leases. Łukasz also provides legal advice on issues related to flexible office space and construction contracts.

Maja Sikorska is an Attorney-at-law, doctor of legal sciences and senior associate at DPPA, with which she has been associated since 2019. She has many years of professional experience in providing complex legal advice to domestic and foreign entities regarding both day-to-day real estate services (office buildings, shopping centres, warehouses) and real estate transactions. In addition to her passion for real estate law, Maja Sikorska has expertise in areas such as business criminal law, data protection law and anti-money laundering (AML), which are also useful in providing comprehensive services to our clients. Maja Sikorska is a lawyer who easily finds her way in a business environment, who makes contacts with ease and loves the dynamics of negotiations.

Marcin Świdnicki

Marcin Świdnicki is a legal advisor and founding partner of DPPA. He specializes in real estate law, litigation, and administrative proceedings. He advises on various types of real estate transactions (offices, warehouses, shopping centers, hotels,residential projects) and lease agreements, representing both landlords and tenants. He has gained almost 25 years of experience working with law firms such as Haarmann Hemmerlath, Clifford Chance, and Salans, as well as serving as in-house counsel at Metro Group Asset Management.

Tomasz Szymański

Tomasz gained his previous experience in companies from the property development and hotel sectors, which allowed him to develop as a lawyer in both real estate and corporate law. Tomasz’s main responsibilities include supporting clients in the process of concluding leases, carrying out corporate changes and property due diligences. He has been working with DPPA since 2022. Thanks to his versatile experience as well as his ease of making new contacts and his sense of humour, Tomek is able to perfectly sense and specify the client’s needs. Tomasz is not afraid of challenges and always tries to look for new and unusual solutions both in his private and professional life. He finds most pleasure in discovering new experiences, sensations and places. Privately, a sports enthusiast, with special fondness for English football, a fan of metal music and travel.

Paweł Wądołowski

Paweł Wądołowski has been with us since the beginning of DPPA and has developed with DPPA as a lawyer and real estate specialist. Paweł started his more than 14 years of experience at DPPA as a junior lawyer to become, through his ambition and very hard work, one of the key members of the DPPA team as the years passed and more experience was gained. Paweł assists clients in the investment process, from researching the property that the client intends to purchase through to carrying out the transaction and supporting clients during the development process. He also represents clients before common courts and arbitration courts.

Anna Zalewska has over 17 years of professional experience in the real estate sector, with a particular focus on office and warehouse leases. Anna represents both landlords and tenants. She has advised our clients on major space leases, negotiating new leases as well as renegotiating existing ones. She gained her experience working for more than seven years in the real estate and construction law department of the law firm Salans (and later Dentons) before joining the DPPA team as a Senior Associate in 2015.

Hanna Żarska began her legal practice of over 20 years at Clifford Chance, continued at Dentons and has been with DPPA since 2021. In addition to being involved in numerous real estate projects, she has also dealt with corporate restructurings and various franchises. Clients appreciate Hanna for handling transactions efficiently while maintaining a positive atmosphere. Her interest in psychology and her unique sense of humour help her in this task. Hanna’s thorough and comprehensive legal knowledge and creativity in finding solutions is valued by other lawyers. Her many years of experience allow her to quickly identify the issues most important to the client and expedite negotiations.

Katarzyna Łataś-Szymańska

Katarzyna started her professional career with a Polish law firm specialising in real estate. She then worked with Polish law firms specialising in M&A before finally returning to real estate as part of her work with DPPA and an Austrian real estate fund (IMMOFINANZ), whose Polish portfolio included office space, shopping centres, so-called retail parks and flex office space. Katarzyna is highly motivated, hard-working and to the point. As a result, she learns, develops and becomes independent quickly, gaining the trust of both colleagues and clients. She adapts quickly to situations, which is why she is in her element during negotiations, making clients feel equally comfortable.
