LHP Rechtsanwälte Steuerberater PartG mbB with branch offices in Cologne and Zurich was established on 1 January 2013 as a spin-off from an interdisciplinary law firm. It sees itself as an expert in tax law and criminal tax law.

The team comprises four equity partners with more than 25 years of practical expertise who all hold dual qualifications as lawyers and tax advisors – and some of whom have also previously worked for the fiscal authority. Our team is rounded off by two non-equity partners and 15 highly qualified experts, most of whom are, at least, fully qualified specialist lawyers, and 15 specialised members of staff.

In its core competences of tax law, criminal tax law and international tax law, our firm focuses on advising clients in criminal proceedings, fiscal court and Federal Fiscal Court proceedings, providing support during tax audits and in international inbound and outbound projects, regarding foreign transactions tax, exit tax, transfer prices, liability proceedings regarding tax advisers, advice on tax structuring, succession advice involving companies and affluent private individuals, matters concerning executors and company law.

Our core client base comprises large German corporations, family-owned companies, affluent private individuals and executives – as well as companies with a shareholding structure under public law.
