Najlaa Alkhulaifi is a licensed lawyer admitted by the Ministry of Justice of the State of Qatar and a legal researcher with a strong academic and practical background in public and international law. She is currently pursuing a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Public Law, with a focus on international legal frameworks and policy analysis.
Najlaa holds a Bachelor of Law degree from Qatar University, College of Law, where she graduated with Dean’s List recognition. She has developed a solid foundation in legal research, analysis, and advocacy through both academic engagement and hands-on legal training within public sector institutions.
Notably, Najlaa was part of a university-appointed legal team that contributed to representing the State of Qatar before the International Court of Justice in The Hague. This experience provided her with valuable exposure to international litigation, state responsibility, and public international law proceedings.
