ASSOCIATE
Provides support in the processing of projects within the Environmental Impact Assessment System (SEIA), with experience in preparing legal strategies and risk analyses associated with investment projects. He has participated in environmental due diligence processes, the development of Compliance Programs, and the submission of follow-up reports to the Superintendence of the Environment (SMA). He also assists in drafting pertinence consultations and preparing administrative appeals before the Environmental Assessment Service (SEA), contributing to the efficient management and regulatory compliance of strategic projects.
Career
Attorney specialized in environmental, regulatory, and administrative law, with experience in environmental project assessment, legislative monitoring, and advisory services in administrative and sanctioning procedures before the Superintendence of the Environment. He has been actively involved in processing projects under the Environmental Impact Assessment System (SEIA), as well as in the analysis and development of environmental and indigenous regulations.
He has experience working with law firms specializing in environmental and energy law, advising clients in key sectors such as mining, infrastructure, and industry associations. His academic background includes a Diploma in Indigenous Peoples Law from the University of Chile and a Legal English course from Universidad del Desarrollo, strengthening his ability to address environmental matters in both national and international contexts.
