Advised Statkraft in two judicial proceedings before the Environmental Court of Santiago initiated by local communities that sought the court declare several modifications that the company made to three projects located in the 6th region null and void; both procedures were settled by means of an agreement between the company and the communities in September 2024; this is the first termination-agreement for this type of judicial procedure in Chile
