- 1. Baker Tilly Legal Poland advised Cloe Investments sp. z o.o. on the sale of a portfolio of investment land in Gronowo Górne, near Elbląg, designated for commercial and logistics development.
Cloe Investments is a Poland-based real estate investment company controlled by Irish investors, focusing on the development of land for retail, residential and logistics projects.
2. Baker Tilly Legal Poland supported Quanta System S.p.A. in entering the Polish market and expanding into Central and Eastern Europe.
The first stage of the cooperation involved comprehensive legal advice on the lease of office space in the “Domaniewska 45” office complex in Warsaw, a key milestone in establishing the company’s operational presence in Poland.
Quanta System S.p.A. is a Milan-based company specializing in advanced laser technologies and operating internationally.
3. Baker Tilly Legal Poland advised SICK sp. z o.o. on the negotiation and conclusion of a lease agreement for office space in the Campus 160 complex in Warsaw.
The agreement covered over 800 sqm of office space and parking spaces, with Orange Polska S.A. as the landlord. The firm also supported the client in matters related to the implementation of the lease, including required security arrangements.
SICK sp. z o.o. is part of the international SICK Group, a leading global manufacturer of sensors and industrial automation solutions.
