Piotr has over 25 years of experience in the Polish real estate market, with a strong focus on real estate law, particularly transactional advisory and construction-related aspects of investments. His practice also covers civil, commercial and administrative law.

He advises both international and domestic clients on a broad range of legal and business matters, including mergers and acquisitions, asset disposals, joint ventures, corporate restructurings and commercial contracts.

Piotr has been involved in numerous high-profile transactions concerning some of the largest commercial real estate projects in Poland, including the acquisition and sale of office buildings, shopping centres, hotels, residential properties and development land.

Throughout his career, he has supported major investors in navigating complex transactions and investment processes within the Polish real estate sector.
