Jakub Kutzmann is an advocate and partner at Baker Tilly Legal Poland, where he heads the firm’s real estate practice. He has over 20 years of experience advising on some of the largest real estate transactions in the Central European market.

He specialises in share and asset deals, joint venture projects, corporate reorganisations, and the financing of commercial real estate projects and portfolios. Jakub advises institutional investors active in the office, retail, logistics, data centre, energy storage and residential real estate sectors.

Drawing on experience gained both in international law firms and within large corporate groups, he combines a legal advisory perspective with a practical, business-oriented approach characteristic of in-house environments.

The team he leads also supports clients in matters related to commercialisation and asset management, regulatory issues, construction and administrative law, as well as disputes arising from real estate investments.
