Diversity

Our diversity is our strength. Our multicultural lawyers and support personnel hail from all over the globe, including the United States, Latin America, Europe, and Asia, and represent a variety of different ethnicities, religions, and backgrounds. Many members of our team are fluent in at least two languages and are first or second-generation immigrants. This unique blend of differing perspectives, educational backgrounds, and life experiences allows our firm to better serve the wide-ranging needs of our domestic and international clientele.

As a Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) certified by the National Minority Supplier Development Council (NMSDC), Sanchez Fischer Levine, LLP interacts and collaborates within a vast network of more than 13,000 minority-owned businesses and participating corporate members, including many of the largest public and privately-owned companies in the United States.

Our attorneys actively participate in voluntary bar associations that promote minority advancement in the legal profession, including the Hispanic National Bar Association, the Florida Association for Women Lawyers, the International Jewish Federation, and the American Bar Association’s Section of International Law, where they routinely serve on the Board of Directors, hold officer positions, serve as conference moderators and panelists, publish articles, and mentor young attorneys seeking to find their way in the profession.

Sanchez Fischer Levine, LLP is also a member law firm within the National Association of Minority and Women-Owned Law Firms (NAMWOLF), a non-profit organization that advocates for the promotion and advancement of minority and women-owned law firms.  NAMWOLF member firms such as Sanchez Fischer Levine, LLP collaborate with a network of corporations and public entities that are committed to diversity and inclusion and help shape NAMWOLF’s agenda and advocacy for policies that support the enhancement of diversity in the legal profession.
