Dispute Resolution

Anna is a lawyer and partner at the law firm Wallin & Partners. She has worked with disputes since 2011, both in general courts, administrative courts and in Swedish and international arbitration proceedings. She has acted as counsel for Swedish, foreign and multinational companies in disputes concerning, among other things, construction, M&A, automotive, energy and telecom. She has particular experience of construction and large international arbitrations, both as lead counsel and as co-counsel to Swedish and foreign lawyers.

Anna has taught procedural law at Stockholm University in the advanced course in civil procedure and regularly gives lectures on dispute resolution for in-house lawyers and at conferences.
