Represented the Republic of Poland in a challenge proceeding relating to an arbitral award rendered based on the Energy Charter Treaty. In May 2025, the Supreme Court ruled in favour of the Republic of Poland.
Represented Peab against Unibail Rodamco in a challenge proceeding before the Svea Court of Appeal regarding the arbitral award regarding the construction of Mall of Scandinavia. In its ruling on 28 May 2025, the Court of Appeal dismissed essential parts of the challenge and upheld the award in respect of Peab's entire claim, corresponding to approximately SEK1.4bn.
Representing Bravida Sverige AB in a dispute against AFA Sjuk Tjänstepensionsaktiebolag, relating to Bravida’s claim for reimbursement of insurance premiums of appr. €3m.
