Magnus Pärssinen

Since 2010, Magnus has successfully represented clients in a large number of court proceedings and arbitration proceedings. He has a broad business law background and has previously worked with commercial real estate law, mergers and acquisitions and corporate law issues. Magnus works with commercial disputes in a broad sense and has particular experience of construction disputes, M&A disputes, real estate disputes and disputes in the financial sector. Prior to founding Wallin & Partners, Magnus worked at a specialist firm specializing in commercial disputes, which became Wallin & Partners when it was founded. Magnus' goal-oriented and businesslike approach is particularly appreciated by his clients. Magnus has also taught procedural law at Stockholm University and has for several years been the course director for the advanced course in Civil Procedure.
Anna Sundquist

Anna Sundquist

Anna is a lawyer and partner at the law firm Wallin & Partners. She has worked with disputes since 2011, both in general courts, administrative courts and in Swedish and international arbitration proceedings. She has acted as counsel for Swedish, foreign and multinational companies in disputes concerning, among other things, construction, M&A, automotive, energy and telecom. She has particular experience of construction and large international arbitrations, both as lead counsel and as co-counsel to Swedish and foreign lawyers. Anna has taught procedural law at Stockholm University in the advanced course in civil procedure and regularly gives lectures on dispute resolution for in-house lawyers and at conferences.

Martin Wallin

After more than 30 years in court and in law firms, Martin has a broad and extensive experience of dispute resolution before both Swedish courts and Swedish and international arbitration tribunals. He has been counsel in more than 200 Swedish and international arbitration proceedings. For many years, Martin has also been a sought-after arbitrator. He is appointed as party-appointed arbitrator, chairman and sole arbitrator in arbitrations under the SCC or ICC rules as well as UNCITRAL and ad hoc proceedings. His experience covers disputes in a wide range of areas and industries, including M&A, construction, infrastructure and telecoms, and he has been successful in five cases in the Supreme Court. Martin's clients include governments, Swedish and foreign listed companies and public entities.
