Andrea Cicia is an Italian qualified lawyer expert in civil and banking law with significant experience in transactions involving the assignment of receivables, in the context of competitive processes, both performing and non-performing, in securitization transactions of receivables, including healthcare receivables, as well as in banking M&A transactions and assistance in regulatory matters.

He holds a degree in Law from the University of Roma Tre with a mark of 110/110 cum laude and a PhD in European Civil Law from the 'Tullio Ascarelli' Doctoral School of the University of Roma Tre.

Andrea holds a postgraduate diploma in European private law from the University of Salzburg and was an assistant professor of private law at the University of Roma Tre until 2012.

He is a lawyer and member of the Lawyers Rome Bar since 2012.
