Francesco De Michele specializes in M&A and private equity, providing strategic counsel to domestic and international clients on complex transactions.

His expertise spans mergers, acquisitions, and private equity investments, with a particular emphasis on leveraged buyouts, private acquisitions, and divestitures. Francesco works across diverse industries, enabling him to navigate the unique challenges of both domestic and cross-border transactions effectively. Known for his practical approach and technical insight, he helps clients manage the intricacies of large-scale, multi-jurisdictional deals, ensuring successful outcomes in every transaction.

Francesco graduated with a Law degree from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan in 2016 and was admitted as an Italian lawyer (Avvocato) in 2018.

Before joining Hogan Lovells in 2019, he developed his expertise in the M&A and Private Equity department at a leading Italian law firm for four years.
