Partner of the Italian Technology, Media and Communications and Commercial Group, he assists the most important tech companies before EU and Italian Authorities and Courts on platform compliance, copyright, DSA, ISP liability, AVMS, AI, and freedom of expression.

Thanks to his previous experience as in-house, Alberto is commercially oriented and sees the bigger picture for his clients.

After graduating from the University of Trieste, Italy, Alberto earned an LLM at Queen Mary, University of London and a Ph.D. at the University of Milan.
