Corporate/M&A Partner and head of the Corporate & Finance practice in Italy, Luca Picone is a consistently acknowledged and innovative M&A lawyer.

Thanks to his experience spanning over 30 years, and his cutting-edge knowledge of Italian law, Luca advises clients on domestic and cross-border transactions, providing a practical and strategic approach.

His extensive experience ranges from pure transactional work (including asset and share deals, investments, recapitalizations, dispositions, public M&A, joint ventures and restructuring) to counselling board members and shareholders on high-end corporate issues. He regularly represents clients in competitive auction scenarios, both as sellers and bidders.
