Meysan has advised on a number of landmark regional transactions and disputes, including:

• Acted as legal counsel to a Kuwait-based consortium in the acquisition of UK football club, Milton Keynes Dons Football Club (MK Dons) and its associated entities.
• Advised the board of Agility on the settlement of agreement terms with the board of John Menzies PLC, an aviation services business based in Edinburgh, Scotland, related to the recommended cash offer to acquire Menzies Aviation, one of the most respected names in the aviation services industry.
• Advised National Mobile Telecommunications Company Ooredoo on its partnership with Zain telecom to form MENA’s largest tower company, valued at US$2.2 billion. We assisted in reviewing and negotiating the transaction documents, including the share purchase agreements, the assets transfer agreement, the transitional services agreement, the master lease agreement and the local sub-lease agreements.
• Advising on the direct listing of Agility Global PLC on the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange, a first-of-its-kind transaction in the region
• Acting on the development of Reem Mall, one of the largest mixed-use developments in Abu Dhabi
• Advising in a high-profile international arbitration involving Korek Telecom
• Representing clients in the significant dispute between Agility and the State of Iraq, alongside leading international law firms
