As a Head of "Corporate & Labour" Boyan has been entrusted with the management of complex projects related to company's restructuring, M&A, joint ventures, equity investments, etc., as well as with various cases regarding the labour relations between CasePro's corporate clients and their personnel (reaching over a thousand employees in some companies), including dealing with syndicates, legal proceedings, preparation of internal labour-related company policies, share plans, etc. Boyan has a strong experience in advising on various commercial agreements and licensing contracts involving cross-border relations. He is responsible for the training and the overall development of the lawyers form the Corporate and the Labour department of the law firm.
