Gabriela Dimitrova

Gabriela specializes in corporate and commercial matters, focusing on setting up and reorganisationof companies, execution of corporate changes, corporate transactions and commercial contracts. She participates in the revision of different types of corporate and commercial contracts and documentation, as well as in legal due diligence projects. In addition to her core practice, Gabriela provides specialized legal counsel on AI & Digital services law, helping clients navigate the legal frameworks governing emerging technologies and digital transformation. Within the Pharmaceuticals & Healthcare sector, she specifically advises clients on regulatory matters related to the development of new digital technologies, ensuring compliance across the complex legal landscapes unique to the healthcare industries. Stoyan Dimovski

Stoyan is engaged in the Litigation and Arbitration practice of the firm and has participated in a number of high-stakes court and arbitration proceedings. He has also participated in a few M&A deals and legal due diligence assignments in the IT and BPO industry. He provides legal assistance to the firm's clients with respect to their day-to-day business, advising them on various commercial agreements, licensing contracts, labour relations and compliance matters. Stoyan specializes in international commercial arbitration. He has taken part in a number of conferences as participant and speaker, regarding topics like BPO and ITO industry, international arbitration, etc.

Vilena Dotsinska

Vilena joined the CasePro team as a legal intern and has since gained experience across a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, with a focus on corporate structuring and reorganizations, implementation of corporate changes, corporate transactions, and employment matters. She is also involved in legal due diligence projects and regulatory compliance.

Radost Doycheva

Kalina Koleva - Sarafova

She provides legal assistance to CasePro’s clients with respect to their day-to-day business, advising them on various commercial agreements and compliance matters.

Plamena Krasteva

Plamena is engaged in key real estate projects of the firm. She has participated in number of legal due diligence assignments and complex transfers of business with substantial real estate assets. She advises firm's clients with respect to their various day-to-day contracts, as well as supports companies in the process of their corporate reorganisations. Plamena specializes in data protection law and she has taken part in number of conferences as a speaker regarding personal data protection requirements on a local and EU level.

Boyan Lazarov

As a Head of "Corporate & Labour" Boyan has been entrusted with the management of complex projects related to company's restructuring, M&A, joint ventures, equity investments, etc., as well as with various cases regarding the labour relations between CasePro's corporate clients and their personnel (reaching over a thousand employees in some companies), including dealing with syndicates, legal proceedings, preparation of internal labour-related company policies, share plans, etc. Boyan has a strong experience in advising on various commercial agreements and licensing contracts involving cross-border relations. He is responsible for the training and the overall development of the lawyers form the Corporate and the Labour department of the law firm.

Damyana Lazarova

Damyana is a founding partner and head of the M&A  and Litigation practice in CasePro. She has extensive experience advising on complex domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, high-value capital and equity investments, and sophisticated corporate reorganisations. Leading clients across the banking, payments, fintech, IT retail and real estate sectors recognize Damyana for her commercially focused approach and ability to navigate intricate, multi-jurisdictional matters. Silvia Stoyanova

Silvia has a strong background in advising big holding structures on their entire corporate setup, as well as on the commercial activity of their various group subsidiaries. As a legal adviser of one of the biggest media groups in Bulgaria, she has managed number of key projects in the sphere of copyrights usage and protection. Silvia is a specialist in data protection and cyber security law. She has also a vast experience in drafting of general policies and terms and conditions for companies providing online services in the different fields, including media, marketing and advertising.

Margarita Tomova

Margarita is a Partner with extensive experience in the banking and non-banking financial sector in Bulgaria.
