Damyana is a founding partner and head of the M&A  and Litigation practice in CasePro. She has extensive experience advising on complex domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, high-value capital and equity investments, and sophisticated corporate reorganisations.

Leading clients across the banking, payments, fintech, IT retail and real estate sectors recognize Damyana for her commercially focused approach and ability to navigate intricate, multi-jurisdictional matters.

In addition to her transactional practice, Damyana actively contributes to the legal community as an author of legal publications, a speaker at industry conferences, and a mentor. She also lectures at Sofia University and the American University in Bulgaria (AUBG).
