Cecilie Sletskov-Hjorth specializes in employment and labour law and serves as the team leader for NJORD's employment and labour law team. She advises Danish and international companies on various employment matters, including executive relationships. Her guidance often covers employment terms, dismissals, terminations, business transfers, and mass layoffs. Furthermore, Cecilie has experience negotiating and interpreting collective agreements.
