Career

Pierre-Lucas Thirion started his legal career as an associate in 2003 in the intellectual property/IT department of the US law firm JONES DAY in Paris.

In 2005, he joined the Brittany based international group ROULLIER’s legal department as an in-house lawyer in charge of international matters. This group is implanted in various countries and is specialized in chemistry and agribusiness. His practice within the group’s holding company allowed Pierre-Lucas to develop a solid expertise in international contracts and in competition law.

In December 2009, he joined, as a senior associate lawyer, the firm FIDAL’s distribution - competition - intellectual property department in Le Mans.

In October 2013, he is the cofounder, together with Gaëlle Leroy and Marie-Liesse Emo-Brioist, of the law firm LEXT.

Pierre-Lucas intervenes for commercial and industrial companies located in France and abroad, in various fields (agricultural supplies, wines, chemical industry, automatism, automotive industry, personal services, construction, raw material trading, software, NICT (New Information and Communication Technologies), e-commerce, telemedicine) both in local and international markets.
