LEXT Avocats is an independent law firm, created in 2013, that is composed of partners coming from first-tier law firms  in Paris who are keen to provide French and foreign clients, through the three offices of the Firm based in Paris, Le Mans and Rennes, with a quality service that not only meets the highest standards of magic law firms but that is also adapted to the specific needs of clients with a view to developing a real partnership relationship between outside counsel and in-house lawyers.

LEXT Avocats has developed an outstanding expertise in ADR matters with two of its partners (Anne Bourdu and Gaëlle Leroy) who are certified CMAP mediators.

LEXT Avocats regularly writes columns in French legal gazettes (Lamy Droit des affaires, Lamy Droit de la concurrence, la Jurisprudence sociale Lamy and Les Cahiers Lamy du CSE). Several members of the Firm have been involved in the rewriting of the 2018 edition of the French legal encyclopaedia “Lamy – Droit Economique” and are in charge of updating subsequent editions.

LEXT Avocats’ lawyers provide their foreign and French clients with legal advice & support on cross-border projects. Their professional experiences abroad or in international law firms have enabled them to acquire significant experience in major international projects and transnational litigation, particularly in Africa and the Arab countries, as well as in Europe and North America (The United States of America and Canada).

In Europe, LEXT Avocats collaborates closely with several independent business firms that also combine high quality standards, pragmatism and agility, especially with the German firm Alexander & Partner  for providing strategic support on French and German clients’ projects in Africa, the Maghreb and the Middle East.
