Lindley is the recipient of the Commercial Law Subject Prize in her cohort and an oralist in the 28th Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot. She is actively building her experiences in commercial litigation and arbitration.

Lindley advises international corporations and financial institutions on restructuring and insolvency related matters across multiple jurisdictions. In particular, she has acted for and against public companies, international banks, distressed funds, insolvency practitioners, receivers and trustees across a full spectrum of court applications and legal proceedings, such as winding up petitions, provisional liquidation for restructuring purposes.

Furthermore, Lindley regularly advises corporations and high net worth individuals on a wide range of domestic and complex cross-border commercial disputes concerning contractual claims, shareholders’ disputes, breach of trust, and enforcement of judgments/arbitral awards.
