Our dedicated China team are well skilled in the reconciliation of Western and Chinese legal concepts and the preparation of dual language documentation required for legal transactions. All of our team members have extensive experience in working with Chinese clients and understand their concern. Our team could arrange meetings flexibly according to client’s needs and location. In addition, we are capable of drafting and reviewing documents in both Chinese and English, to assist clients in negotiations.
We have Notaries Public for international notarial services and China-Appointed Attesting Officers for attesting documents for use in China. We also have a dedicated team of professional translators experienced in legal terminology.
