It notably acted for Citigroup, Goldman Sachs, Santander Investment and Scotia Capital as joint book runners and initial purchasers in the global capital markets debut of Auna, the Peruvian health centre network, which issued $300m in senior notes due 2025. It also advised IDB Invest on its investment in Caja Arequipa's issue of social (gender) bonds, aimed at micro-entrepreneurial women. They include representing BNP Paribas, Societé Generale and SMBC in three simultaneous financings (aggregate value: $226m), for three power plants owned by Solarpack and Ardian. It is also advising on the Jorge Chavez International Airport expansion, and the Red Vial No. 4 toll road concession.
