          • Successfully defended NHS North Central London CCG and NHS England against a crowdfunded judicial review claim concerning the CCG’s decision to approve a change of control in the largest provider of primary care services to the NHS in England, in connection with its acquisition by a company that was ultimately owned by a US healthcare corporation.
          • Instructed by NHS England to draft amendments to its standard primary medical services contracts to reflect legal changes set out within seven sets of regulations and directions governing the commissioning of primary medical services in the NHS in England.
