- The firm provides comfortable working conditions for all employees regardless of age, gender identity, nationality, or sexual orientation. Among the Firm's employees, there is a wide age range, from 19 to 70+, with almost equal gender representation - 44% men and 56% women.
- The Firm makes reasonable efforts to ensure that transaction teams are staffed with a diverse group of attorneys.
- Asters implements a diverse candidate consideration process in its hiring practices and is actively working to provide and promote programs that support the retention and development of diverse candidates.
- In May 2023, Asters joined initiative aimed at providing internship for elderly candidates (aged 60+).

- The Firm has adapted its corporate website to be accessible for people with visual impairments.
- Asters is a member of "Business without Barriers" initiative, led by Ukraine's First Lady, which aims to promote the concept of building a barrier-free business and society in Ukraine. This initiative seeks to reduce physical and psychological barriers preventing people with disabilities from participating in the workforce and society at large, while also creating opportunities for social inclusion for all social groups, including people with disabilities, the elderly, parents with children under six years, women, and youth.
Asters was the first Ukrainian law firm to publicly support LGBT Pride week and continues to support principles of equality, tolerance, and inclusion in Ukraine.
