Gábor has been a key member of Jalsovszky for over thirteen years and currently serves as Deputy Head of the firm’s Mergers & Acquisitions practice. In addition to his extensive experience in transactional M&A and day-to-day corporate and commercial legal advisory, Gábor plays a pivotal role in the firm’s IP/IT practice.

He is widely recognized for his expertise in copyright and information technology law, advising a diverse clientele ranging from early-stage tech ventures to established multinational corporations. His practice places a particular emphasis on software-related legal issues — including licensing, development agreements and IP protection strategies — making him a trusted advisor to companies operating in the software development, IT services, and retail technology sectors.
