Position
Ashley Hubers-Snel, lawyer at BUREN, is a member of the Restructuring and Insolvency practice group. Her work focuses on advisory and dispute resolution matters relating to (impending) insolvencies, WHOA proceedings, restructurings, financing and security interests, distressed transactions, directors’ liability and shareholder disputes. In addition, she regularly acts as court-appointed trustee in bankruptcy proceedings and provides active support in bankruptcies in which other BUREN trustees have been appointed.

Education
Ashley obtained her Master’s degree in Corporate Law from Erasmus University Rotterdam in 2019. She successfully completed the Dutch Bar Association’s Professional Training Course for Lawyers (Beroepsopleiding Advocaten) in 2022. Ashley is also a member of the Association of Young Insolvency Lawyers (JIRA).
