Jan Greijdanus

Jan Greijdanus, partner and candidate civil-law notary (in the Netherlands) at BUREN, specialises in (cross-border) (re)structuring, corporate governance, and corporate law aspects of M&A transactions. Jan has specific experience in real estate law. He advises clients, such as real estate holdings and funds, at the intersection of corporate and real estate law.

Ashley Hubers-Snel

Ashley Hubers-Snel, lawyer at BUREN, is a member of the Restructuring and Insolvency practice group. Her work focuses on advisory and dispute resolution matters relating to (impending) insolvencies, WHOA proceedings, restructurings, financing and security interests, distressed transactions, directors’ liability and shareholder disputes. In addition, she regularly acts as court-appointed trustee in bankruptcy proceedings and provides active support in bankruptcies in which other BUREN trustees have been appointed.

Fabian Piron

Fabian Piron, counsel and lawyer at BUREN, specialises in corporate law, financial law and business law. Fabian is based in our Luxembourg office.

Dick van Deventer, lawyer at BUREN, works in a domestic and international advisory and litigation practice. He primarily advises companies in the Netherlands and abroad on all aspects of employment law. In addition, he focuses on employee participation law, social security law, and data protection law. Dick also regularly represents works councils and private individuals.

Kenneth Yim

Kenneth Yim, of counsel and tax adviser to BUREN, focuses on advising clients in doing business or investing in the Asia-Pacific region through Hong Kong. Where relevant, he also coordinates Dutch and Luxembourg tax and legal services for Asian companies and investors expanding into Western countries via the Netherlands or Luxembourg.
